Whether you're relaxing on the spacious balcony or spending quality family time in the living area, there's something for everyone at Summit 429. Summit Beach Resort is located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob's Restaurant, hot tubs, saunas, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center.

Summit 429 is a lovely beachfront 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo with a bonus bunk area and sleeps up to six people.

The primary bedroom has a king bedroom suite and flat screen TV. The bunk area is great for the kids and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully-equipped kitchen is updated and perfect for preparing your fresh catch of the day or simply preparing your cooler for a day on the beach!

The sumitt is absolutely huge this is our 2nd year in a row going. First year we were on the 11th floor this time we were on the 4th. The elevators are absolutely awful only 3 wish they had 6. At times we would end up taking the stairs. Otherwise we love our room

Make sure to have extra towels unless you want to wash everyday because you are only given enough towels for one wash. The laundry mat needs upgrading, one whole side was not working and the other side only have 3 washers working and 4 dryers working.
