While the home we stayed in was nice, there are things about the overall stay that we were not pleased with. We rented a golf cart while down there and parked it in the designated golf cart parking area right outside of our room. There were several spots and only one other cart parked their besides the one we rented. We received a sticker on the windshield after the second day that we could not have a rental cart there and that it would be towed that evening if not removed. The sticker also stated that it was our second warning, but we had not received an initial one. I went back and looked at our rental agreement and nowhere did it state in there that rental golf carts were not allowed. Also, there are no signs posted where we were staying stating that. While the home was nice, there was only a dust mop available for cleaning the floors. It was very inefficient, especially with all of the sand. There was also no vacuum available. This may not seem like a big deal to some, but in order to keep the floors clean during our stay, a broom or vacuum would have been much more efficient. I did the best I could with the dust mop. We had to purchase a parking permit and wristbands after arriving which cost us another $125. All the information we got from the guest portal (which was not available until 7 days before our arrival) and in the binder located in the home stated that a parking permit MUST be present in the vehicle. There were several vehicles there without permits. There was one specific vehicle there that never had a permit the entire time we were there and the gentleman who drove it ALWAYS straddled two parking spots, making it hard for others to park. To our knowledge, there was never a sticker posted on his vehicle warning him not to do this or to obtain a permit. While the quality of the home was satisfactory, we would not stay here again.

This was a beautiful place. The villa we stayed in was nice and clean except some possible mold stains in the tub. the tub also has a leak so it drips all the time, and is slow to drain so you may be standing in water by the end of your shower. The double beds are in the same room. witch was fine for just me and my husband. The tram system is great for getting to and from the beach during the day. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch, watching golfers. And the fish and turtles in the pond. Overall, it was a great stay and experience with almost everything you need on site.

Great stay...no water pressure but was resolved as soon as maintenance was notified. I would highly recommend.
