We really loved the room it was clean and updated but had a rough week not being able to wash and dry clothes. We’ve stayed here at Edgewater for 20 years and this was hard with four of us and not being able wash for 7 days. Nobody showed up the whole week to fix it. We are grateful for staff bringing us towels every other day and We understand stuff happens but it really put a damper on our vacay that we always look forward to each year and pay lots of money for the convenience of condo amenities.

This villa was just what we needed for our vacation/ dance competition stay. This villa is close to both the convention center and the bridge to the beach. We will definitely be back!

The property has a wonderful ocean front resort style pool. Nice restaraunt at on the beach, with lots of activities, like live music and smores for the kids. The par 3 golf course is just big enough to be enhoyable and the presence of watwr on most holes made it a challenge. The property is close to many off site activities as well. The only issues I had with the place was the refrigerator was broken so we had to eat out for every meal the first two days. That was not in our plan/budget. It was the main reason we got a conod instead of a hotel. The place wasnt dirty but thry had some things over looked. My kids found some chewing tobacco in the couch and a the place does not have a broom. The other thing that really bothered me was the gym costs $15 per day per person or they have some discounted rates if tou book it for the week or do a family deal. I dont know how much the tennis and basketball courts were but they had a charge as well. Even dumpy motels dont charge for an amentety like a gym or tennis courts if they use that to lure you there. There are plenty of gyms in walking distance to all condos in Panama City so why list it as an amenity if its a pay per use facility. Atleast put it in the description.
