The rooms are very spacious, guest services is very polite and helpful, pools and restaurants are top notch, and security was doing their job to make sure everyone was safe.

Our family of 5 recently stayed here for Spring Break and overall it was a great stay! We’ve stayed at this property before, in a different unit, so we kind of already knew what to expect. However, there were a few inconveniences that prevented me from giving this stay 5 stars. - We couldn’t get the WiFi to work. Southern Vacations did provide instructions to access WiFi but we didn’t have any success. We were out and about most of the time so it wasn’t a huge deal and I didn’t feel the need to reach out for them to troubleshoot the issue. - The water and ice maker on the fridge did not work. However, there was an ice tray in the freezer. - There is a door at the front of the room with an alarm on it (I assume for cleaning supplies etc.). Accidentally bumping this door caused an extremely loud alarm to go off for a period of time. It eventually stopped, but with three small children this incident happened more than once. Other than these issues, we had a great stay!
