Summit 1428 is a one-bedroom, air-conditioned condo that sleeps six people. You have access to an elevator to get to your condo. No because no matter what the place is very clean with a beautiful view and hopefully the table will be fixed by the time the next family stay in 1429

That the parking pass and property bracelets are not free, but are an additional $20. We stayed at this property three times last year, and did not once have to pay for those things. They were provided for us at no extra charge. There was nothing in our rental agreement that mentioned an additional fee for the pass and bracelets, either. I did not appreciate this at all. Also, there was no one from Southern Vacation Rentals on the property at all.
