There were several fees applied that were not communicated upfront. I had already paid for the rental before learning of the fees and receiving the contract (which states there are no refunds if you don’t sign the contract.) Contract should be made available and signed BEFORE payment is made. Seems like dishonest business practice. Otherwise, communication from Southern was good and the place we rented was lovely. We enjoyed our stay.
