Summit Beach Resort offers guests plenty of enjoyable amenities: 2 swimming pools, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, a poolside tiki bar, a sundries market, onsite dining, saunas, a fitness center, a game room, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, and shuffleboard courts. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection's Adventure Zone activities onsite, including everyone’s favorite: Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Summit Beach Resort is located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions.
Fantastic Gulf views await you at Summit 1202, a bright and inviting 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo that sleeps up to six guests and is located on the 12th floor. You’ll find a king-size bed and a flat screen TV in the spacious primary bedroom. From here, you have an attached half-bathroom and direct private access to the shared full bathroom.
The built-in twin over twin bunks are perfect for kids and adults alike! There is bathroom access off the hall which houses a combination tub/shower. Relax in the living room, complete with a comfortable sleeper sofa and plush chair, while enjoying your favorite show on the large flat screen TV. The living room and primary bedroom are also equipped with ceiling fans, ensuring your comfort at all times.
The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing your cooler for a fun day at the beach or whipping up a post-pool meal. You'll find seating at the dining table. Happy hour is happier while watching the gorgeous sunset views off your private balcony. For your convenience, Summit 1202 includes an in-room washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and one parking pass.

The room was great and no complaints. I do think all the condo owners/renters need to say something about the Summit in general. I have stayed at the Summit for 11 years in a row, but do not like the fact that the Summit has chosen to now close their pools at 8pm. This obviously has nothing to do with the room and again we greatly enjoyed the room. I just think it’s pretty bad that the property changed the pool times from closing at 11pm to 8pm. This takes away from the whole vacation experience with being able to spend the day on the beach with your family and coming back to the pool at night to relax.
