Edgewater maintains it's very own Executive Par-3 Golf Course. You'll also find basketball hoops, 3 Pickle-ball courts, 10 Shuffleboard courts, and 10 Tennis courts. Book a lesson with our Tennis pro and up your game while you're here! This sprawling resort houses 11 pools, kids splash area, 4 hot tubs, a fitness center & workout studio, and a business center. In season, you can book beach chair rentals, paddle boards, and beach bonfires through Edgewater's very own Goin' To The Beach beach services. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection's Adventure Zone activities. Multiple resort-level dining options abound! Off the main Lagoon pool deck you can dine gulf front at Oceans Bar & Grill, grab a slice at Paradise Pizza, and cool off with your favorite daiquiri at Blenders Poolside Bar. You'll find everything from hand-dipped ice cream to beach floats at Edgie's Corner Market. Edgewater offers complimentary tram service throughout the resort.

Deposits
- 30+ Days Prior to Arrival, 30% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 29 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.

We were looking for a 3BR property for just 3 days. We found just one that fit our requirements on such short notice, so we felt lucky to find it. Two concerns: The only actually hairdryer, in the master, was hardwired & not working. The other was for much longer hair. Then there were two curling irons in one of the other bedrooms - neither worked for my hair. Also, the dryer took forever(hours) because the lint buildup in the appliance was so built up. It needs cleaned out.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your stay with us fell short of expectations. We here at Southern strive to make every guest's stay as pleasant as possible. I do see that you called into our 24/7 Guest Services Team the day after your arrival to report that the floors were dirty, and there was some dust on the appliances. We offered to send the Housekeepers back out to get this cleaned up for you as soon as possible which you then denied and stated you were just making us aware. We apologize that you feel these minor issues affected your entire stay with us and hope you find it in your heart to provide us with another opportunity to regain your patronage. – Your Southern Team

The size and location was good, but the listing did not say anything about $80.00 extra for parking.
