Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your stay with us fell short of expectations. We here at Southern strive to make every guest's stay as pleasant as possible. I do see that you called our 24/7 Guest Services Team the day after your arrival to report that the TV seemed to have some connectivity issues. We were able to send our local Property Manager over within 30 minutes to get this addressed for you. I do not see that any other issues were reported or mentioned anything about the advertisements. We hope you can come back and visit us soon, here on the Gulf Coast. – Your Southern Team
