Place was great! Easy check in, quick response from the people very friendly and kind, however we did not like some things in the place such as we noticed some sand on the couches when we arrived as well as in bed , and master bedroom with king bed was too noisy it made noisy everytime you will get on it or even turn on it, a squeaky noise, kitchen was great but the supplies provided for dishes was not enough in our opinion as well as the toilet, we only had 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and it was 4 of us for about 4 nights, maybe they can provide more supplies in future, otherwise place was great and in a great location beach was literally 2 min walk in front of it very cute and spacious, thank you

The company did a great job and answered text messages in a timely manner. I had only seen pictures of the inside and didn't know 205 basically meant the 3rd floor. They are condos on stilts so if you have any mobility issues or breathing issues, I wouldn't recommend Somerset 205.

Perfect location! Beach was directly across the street. The rooms were clean and uncluttered. There were no pillowcases on the extra pillows and only one blanket for 2 bedrooms. The kitchen didn't have as many "extras" as some places I've stayed. Usually there are at least a coffee filter or 2 and some tupper ware or lidded containers. Also only one dish towel for the week. Not a deal breaker as I would definitely stay there again, but would be good to know for others. Overall very happy with our stay there. Parking was well marked and the other guests were friendly and quiet. Would certainly recommend to others!

This was a perfect location! Parking was perfect. The place was VERY clean! Great communication with rental company. The description however does say ocean view…I was thinking from inside the apartment/house, but you have to go outside and just a few feet down the hallway to see. Not my typical Airbnb stay as it is more set up like a hotel room/suite than an actual “home.” Overall, we LOVED the place and my number 1 must have was a clean place and this was pristine. They had plenty of towels and washcloths which was also a plus. We will definitely come back…just now we know to bring extra toilet paper/paper towels and hand washing soap.
