Come on down for your beach vacation! This immaculate home is ready and waiting to host you at the beach. Inside, you will find three floors with five bedrooms and five full bathrooms, ensuring that everyone has enough room to unpack and settle in at the beach. The large primary bedroom has its own Smart TV and balcony access complete with a Gulf view. Up on the third floor, a fifth bedroom serves as both a bedroom and a second living room, outfitted with extra sleeping accommodations, two recliners and a Smart TV. The living room and kitchen are also on the third floor, and an outdoor dining setup on the balcony allows you to dine with a view. What more could you ask for? The garage also has an additional refrigerator so that you can stock up on your favorite snacks and never run out of treats while you are here.
With the beach just across the street, in the blink of an eye, you will be on the shore. Bring your beach chairs and umbrellas and get ready to sit back, relax and enjoy the fresh Gulf breeze. Or rent chairs and umbrellas through our Southern Perks partners. If you want to leave the sand behind, there is a community pool to swim in as well.
Since Beach Ball is located on Front Beach Road, you are just minutes away from some of Panama City Beach’s best activities. Visit Pier Park for a day of shopping and fun things to do for all ages. Frank Brown Park has something fun happening all year long, from car shows to live music and everything in between. Of course, the kids will love a visit to the Shipwreck Island water park as well. Overall the property was clean and generally maintained. Pictures were accurate. Location was FANTASTIC for games at Frank Brown and the Publix Sports Complex. Quiet west end of PCB. Winn Dixie and a local grocery close by (The Carousel). Beds were comfortable. Towels were plush. We had two issues needing customer service. Trash day was Friday before we checked in Saturday. When we arrived shortly after 4pm on Saturday. None of the trash had been picked up. There was no room in the trash cans to put our trash. I alerted CS on Sunday; had to reach out again on Monday. I believe trash was finally removed on Monday night or Tuesday morning. 2nd issue-came home from a hot day at the fields on Wed evening. NO water pressure and nothing else running. Alerted CS at 9:15 -their response “ We see there are 5 showers how many are going at a time? Multiple water sources running will cause very low pressure. Thanks, Your Southern Team!”. I explained that was not the issue. Sent short videos and they did not respond. 14 of us got showers…with about 25% pressure. The next morning was weak…then by 12:30 NO WATER at all. 90 min later they told us there was a water main break and would keep us updated. No updates were given. I had to text and ask …then the manager wouldn’t go check to see if we had water. So I had to leave my daughter’s game to go test the water. Just very frustrating and stressful thinking we may have to find other accommodations to have toilets! I get the break was not their fault, but their customer service was very lacking.
