As Hurricane Helene continues to impact regions across the Southwest U.S., our thoughts are with everyone affected by its devastating winds, heavy rains, tornadoes, and storm surges. We sincerely hope for the safety and recovery of those still in its path.

We are grateful to report that our area was spared the worst of the storm. While we experienced some intermittent high winds, moderate rainfall, and minor storm surges, we are pleased to confirm that no significant damages have been identified within our community. All in-house guests are safe and accounted for.

Today, our dedicated teams are working diligently to reset and secure each property, beginning with those expecting imminent guest arrivals. We are removing storm-prepared patio furniture and preparing homes for arrivals with the utmost care and attention.

Given the minimal impact from the hurricane, we will not be sending individual updates to guests at this time. Please consider this message as confirmation that your future reservation is confirmed. Should something change during our assessments, we will notify you directly.

We are not the merchant of record, and any changes must be initiated with the booking channel before we can assist you.

Cancellations: At this time, there are no mandatory evacuations, government travel restrictions or large-scale utility outages. The cancellation policy outlined in your reservation contract is still valid and reservations are not eligible for refunds. Guests who purchased Travel Insurance should reach out to Generali directly to check for coverage: customerservice@us.generaliglobalassistance.com or calling 866-757-0010.
